These terms apply to all users of the service, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Permission is granted to use Lykyn's platform and mobile application for personal, non-commercial mushroom growing activities. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Lykyn at any time.

When you create an account with Lykyn, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Lykyn devices and growing kits are intended for legal mushroom cultivation only. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding mushroom cultivation in their jurisdiction.

We provide guidance and support for mushroom growing, but results may vary based on environmental conditions, user care, and other factors beyond our control.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Lykyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Lykyn operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
